Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters the processing stage. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted. After receiving your package, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. Once the product is returned, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
Priority Processing & Express Shipping
If you selected Priority Processing + Express Shipping, you are eligible for a reshipment or refund if your package is lost in transit.
Orders placed with Express Worldwide Shipping qualify for free reshipment if the original package is lost during transit.
Shipping to Over 200 Countries
We proudly ship worldwide. However, certain countries may be excluded due to shipping restrictions. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you immediately.
Our fulfillment centers are located in the USA, Asia, the UK, and Australia. Your order will ship from the location with available stock at the time of purchase to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
Veyeco is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before completing your order.
If the mistake is on our end, we will fully resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Customs Fees
Customs policies vary by country. Any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs duties upon arrival.
Estimated Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping partners. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, local holidays or unexpected logistics issues.
Maximum delivery time: 20 business days.
Note: These estimates do not include our standard 2–3 business day processing time or customs delays.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking may not be available for free shipping options.
Status: “No Information Available”
Some carriers require 2–5 business days to update tracking information. If more than 5 business days have passed since your order was placed and you still see no updates, please contact our support team.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes ship separately. This is normal and does not affect your shipping cost or delivery time.
