Returns & Refunds
Timeline
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Certain products may also be eligible for our extended 100-Day VEYECO Guarantee, as outlined below.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, unopened earplugs can be returned under the standard 30-day return policy.
- Opened or used earplugs are not eligible for resale, but may still qualify for a refund under our 100-Day VEYECO Guarantee (see below).
- A maximum of two (2) items per order may be refunded under the standard return policy. There is no limit for exchanges or store credit, at our discretion.
- For exchanged items with price differences, you must pay the difference or will receive a refund if the exchanged item is of lower value. Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Fees
- A EUR 10 restocking and processing fee may apply per standard return.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping.
Tracking Information Requirement
Once a return is initiated, you must provide valid tracking information. Failure to provide tracking may delay or prevent a refund or exchange.
Return Authorization
Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Methods
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or exchanged for another product. If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately and we are generally unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may wait for delivery and then contact our support team to initiate a return under this policy.
100-Day VEYECO Earplug Guarantee
We stand behind the comfort and performance of our VEYECO earplugs and offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee so you can test them in real-life conditions.
How the 100-Day Guarantee Works
- Start of the Guarantee: The 100-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.
- Eligible Products: The guarantee applies to VEYECO earplug products (such as RIDE, LIVE, DREAM, and FOCUS) purchased directly from veyeco.com.
- Used Earplugs: Earplugs are personal and hygienic products and cannot be resold once opened. However, if you are not satisfied with their comfort or performance within 100 days, you may still request a refund under this guarantee. Returned earplugs will be safely disposed of.
- Initiating a Guarantee Claim: Contact our support team at support@veyeco.com within 100 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and verify your return, refunds (minus any applicable fees or shipping costs) are processed within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- One 100-day guarantee refund or exchange per customer, applicable only to the first purchase of a specific VEYECO earplug model.
- We reserve the right to refuse guarantee claims in cases of abuse, fraud, or excessive repeated returns.
Exclusions
- The 100-day guarantee does not apply to non-earplug products, final sale items, or gift cards.
- Products showing signs of intentional damage, misuse, or destruction are not eligible.
How to Redeem the 100-Day VEYECO Guarantee
Email support@veyeco.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Our team will provide return instructions and notify you once your request is processed.
Chargebacks and Returns Policy
We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues or initiate a return or guarantee claim.
Chargebacks initiated with a bank or card issuer without contacting us first may invalidate eligibility for refunds or for the 100-day VEYECO Guarantee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return under the standard policy:
- Opened or used personal-care products that cannot be safely resold.
- Final sale items and gift cards.
Opened VEYECO earplugs may still qualify for a refund under the 100-Day VEYECO Guarantee, even though they cannot be returned to stock.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (subject to this policy) and place a new order. In some cases, we may offer a direct exchange at our discretion.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This statutory right is separate from our commercial 30-day return policy and 100-day VEYECO Guarantee and may be subject to different conditions for hygienic products such as earplugs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Otherwise, store credit will be provided.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
