We want you to be completely happy with your VEYECO earplugs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 100 days of delivery.

100-day risk-free trial

You can try your earplugs for up to 100 days. If they don’t fit your ears or your lifestyle, contact us and we will help you with a return or exchange.

Conditions for returns

Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos or a short explanation to understand what went wrong and improve our products.
Original order number or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us and we will replace it at no extra cost.
